What is the Service
GP Enhanced Access provides patients with additional appointment times outside of normal surgery hours, including evenings and weekends.
This service is delivered by ELM GP federation, working together with surgeries across South Tees to ensure patients can access routine care, such as health checks, chronic disease reviews, and minor illness appointments, at a time that suits them.
Appointments may be held at a one of our 4 hubs, offering flexibility and convenience for individuals who find it difficult to attend during standard hours.

Access to healthcare should fit around people’s lives, not the other way around. GP Enhanced Access helps reduce barriers to care, supporting working individuals, parents, and carers who might otherwise delay seeking help.
