What is the Service
ELM GP Federation supports practices by ensuring there is appropriate clinical cover during PLT sessions, allowing teams to step away from day-to-day duties without disruption to patient care.
In collaboration with the Integrated Care Board (ICB), ELM also facilitates and coordinates the training days, ensuring sessions align with both local and national priorities.
By coordinating PLT across the federation, ELM ensures consistency, quality, and relevance in professional development opportunities, ultimately strengthening skills, knowledge, and teamwork across all member practices.
